At Dunas Hotels & Resorts we are „Experts of Gran Canary”. That’s why we decided in 2012 to create a profile on Instagram, the social media platform for photos, and to share pictures of our island and details of our hotels Dunas Maspalomas, Dunas Suites&Villas, Dunas Don Gregory and Dunas Mirador.

After creating our profile on Flickr in 2009, where our photos have been viewed 180.000 times to date, we follow our strategy and would like to share not only our photos on our profile, but also admire the photos taken by others of our island Gran Canary.

Instagram makes it easy by using „tags” (like #+word). On the platform, on which you can share pictures with your “Followers”, you can use tags to identify photos, e.g. of specials locations like Gran Canary (#GranCanaria) or Maspalomas (#Maspalomas).

But we are not only looking for photos of the surroundings of our hotels like Maspalomas, San Agustín and Playa del Inglés. We also want to share pictures of other special places on the island, which to visit would surely be a pleasure for our guests.

Furthermore, we would be pleased if you would share your pictures of your stay at Dunas Hotels with us. You just have to use the tag #dunashotels that is our nickname as well.
